Job summary

CRH is seeking a concrete production helper in Boardman, Oregon. You will operate haul trucks and support equipment, load materials, and assist with general yard maintenance in a safety‑driven outdoor setting.

The role offers training, potential overtime, and opportunities for internal mobility within a large industrial group. A valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul truck.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within design parameters.
• Load trucks with materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease and inspect loader parts to ensure proper function.
• Maintain yard cleanliness.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors about material or equipment issues.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and support safety programs.
• Promote an inclusive work environment.
