Position Overview

In this role, you'll perform general site maintenance and pour/maintaining of the ecology blocks. You'll play an integral part as we provide materials to help build our communities. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Maintains cleanliness of batch plant/yard premises
• Responsible for collecting and emptying garbage
• Performs general landscape duties
• Operates water truck, and pick-up truck
• Demonstrates safe work habits and takes an active role in the Company's safety program
• Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Routinely assist other members of the workforce in different areas of production

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required
