Job summary

Westmor Industries in Morris, MN is seeking a dependable Yard Equipment Operator to help keep the yard organized and support production operations. You will safely operate material-handling equipment and assist with loading and unloading freight.

This role requires safety-minded individuals who can work outdoors and cooperate with a team on day shifts (6:00am–4:30pm). Westmor Industries offers weekly pay, benefits, and a company‑matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" increments.
• Able to convert feet and inches accurately.
• Experience operating machinery and material-handling equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical work in an outdoor environment

Responsibilities

• Safely move outdoor materials and equipment for production needs.
• Operate forklifts, yard cranes, overhead cranes, and payloaders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound truck freight.
• Follow established schedules and production requirements.
• Assist with final assembly and inspections when required.
• Level and grade yard areas for accessibility.
