YODER & FREY AUCTIONEERS INC is seeking an outdoor laborer to operate various heavy equipment and trucks. The position involves loading and unloading machines and preparing the auction yard for sales.

The ideal candidate should be fit to work in all weather conditions and have experience in operating construction and agricultural machinery, with mechanical experience preferred. Benefits include 29 days of PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating construction and/or agricultural equipment is required.
• Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions is essential.
• Knowledge of heavy plant/mining/quarry equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment and trucks outdoors.
• Assist in loading and unloading machines.
• Help prepare the yard for sales.
