Job summary

Bobcat - Gateway Dealer Network is seeking a driven Yard Attendant to join our team. We offer a clear growth path and a culture that emphasizes excellence, curiosity, humility, and lasting relationships.

The role involves yard maintenance, equipment loading/unloading, and daily inspections, with emphasis on safety, customer service, and teamwork. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and a benefits package, including health, dental, life,

Qualifications

Minimum H.S Diploma or GED.
2+ years’ experience in equipment service operations.
Experience with construction equipment skid steer, excavator, wheel loader, etc. (preferred)
Must be able to work outdoors year round.
Proficiency in MS Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

Keeping yard neat and orderly.
Operating Bobcat and related equipment to load/unload materials, equipment, and attachments from trucks and trailers.
Conducting daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone.
Ability to solve problems and refer situations to other personnel when needed.
Prepare and maintain a rent-ready fleet.
Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Follow all safety guidelines.
