Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in equipment service operations.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates year-round.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard neat and orderly.
• Operate Bobcat and other equipment to load and unload.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Prepare and maintain a rent-ready fleet.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
