Job summary

Bobcat is seeking a Yard Attendant to join our team. You will operate yard equipment, load/unload materials, and perform routine inspections while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of equipment service experience, with outdoor work in various climates. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am–5pm, with great benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in equipment service operations preferred.
• Experience with construction equipment (skid steer, excavator, wheel loader) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard neat and orderly.
• Operate Bobcat and related equipment to load/unload materials and attachments.
• Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Work both independently and as part of a team and follow safety guidelines.
