Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Michigan. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 12pm–8:30pm with overtime as needed. You will operate forklifts, pull orders, build pallets, receive stock, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to PPE requirements.

Qualifications include 1–3 years warehousing experience, forklift/pallet jack skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Pre-employment drug and background screening is required.

Qualifications

Schedule

Monday through Friday 12pm - 8:30pm (plus overtime when required)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range

• Pay Range: - $17.41 - $26.11 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
