Job summary

General Equipment & Supplies, Inc. is hiring a Yard Coordinator in Williston, ND to support daily yard, shipping and receiving. You will inspect equipment, verify serials, operate forklifts, and organize the yard while loading/unloading trucks and assisting with deliveries.

Must have experience with heavy equipment operation or be willing to learn; basic computer skills are required and CDL license is preferred. Snow removal and occasional site travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment or ability to learn new equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willingness to obtain a CDL license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process shipping and receiving records for equipment and attachments.
• Inspect equipment, verify serial numbers, and document conditions.
• Safely load/unload equipment and move it within the yard.
• Maintain organized yard display and clean, safe environment.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and occasional deliveries.
• Coordinate with branches to transfer parts and equipment as needed.

Yard Coordinator # Yard CoordinatorWilliston - Williston, ND 58801## Description**OVERVIEW:** This position supports daily yard, shipping, and receiving operations by safely handling heavy construction equipment, aggregate equipment and attachments. Responsibilities include equipment inspections, documentation, inventory tracking, forklift operation, and maintaining an organized, efficient yard.
