Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Coordinator to own yard operations, organize equipment, and ensure readiness for delivery and demonstrations. You will inspect, clean, and detail equipment, support the flow between yard and shop, and collaborate with the service team to keep operations running smoothly.

We value independence, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves outdoor work in varying weather and requires valid work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own yard operations: organizing, tracking, and managing equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment to prep for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment with strong customer service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Basic computer skills to document work and navigate systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional interactions.
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid work authorization: must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
