Job summary

MarineMax Services Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Yard Team Member to maintain an organized yard and a professional showroom. You will keep equipment operable, clean interior and exterior of boats and trailers, and support boat shows and promotions as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, safe operation of forklifts and trailers, and hands-on maintenance of yard and showroom spaces to ensure presentable, sellable inventory for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push or carry heavy objects (>50 pounds).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Experience with boats/showroom maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in procedures for new boats delivered to the dealership.
• Operate hydraulic jack or hoist as needed.
• Perform general facility maintenance including lawn and dock work.
• Safely operate company vehicles, forklifts and trailers.
• Assist in delivering product to customers when required.
