Job summary

MarineMax Brand is seeking a dependable Yard Team Member to keep the yard organized and the showroom polished. You will clean and prep boats and trailers, assist with check-in of new deliveries, and perform light maintenance to ensure inventory is presented at its best.

This role requires safe operation of forklifts and vehicles, lifting heavy objects, and supporting boat shows and promotional events. You will help maintain a professional, hazard-free work environment and coordinate with

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in procedures of new boats delivered to the dealership.
• Operate a hydraulic jack or hoist as needed.
• Perform general maintenance at facility, including small repairs, lawn maintenance and dock maintenance.
• Safe operation of company vehicles, forklifts and equipment, including trailer handling.
• Provide vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in the delivery of product to customer whenever needed, including but not limited to delivering trailer boats.
• Wash, dry, vacuum inventory boats to ensure they are ready for viewing or sea trialing.
• Wax and buff inventory or customer owned boats
• Clean and remove dust, grease and oils from exterior surfaces of in stock and customer boats and trailers.
• Cover and uncover boats as needed
• Shrink wrap boats as needed
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the dealerships to ensure a professional work environment conducive to selling
