About The Team

We conduct hundreds of live auctions annually worldwide. Our team includes equipment inspectors, yard managers, operators, administrative staff, and customer service representatives, all working together to ensure successful multi-million dollar auctions.

Job Description

The Yard Staff safely receives, processes, lines up, supports on sale day, and checks out consigned equipment for the auction. Maintaining high customer service standards is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Receive and release (check-in/check-out) consigned equipment
2. Use auction listings to line up equipment for display
3. Drive and operate heavy and light equipment
4. Perform facility inspections and provide housekeeping or maintenance as needed
5. Perform basic maintenance on owned equipment
6. Manage keys for equipment
7. Operate forklifts for loading/unloading equipment
8. Boost equipment
9. Assemble equipment components
10. Check fluid and fuel levels
11. Assign lot numbers to equipment
12. Set out signage, flags, and trash receptacles
13. Drive sound trucks
14. Hold ‘This item for sale’ signs
15. Assign operators to rolling stock
16. Park sold equipment on the ramp
17. Perform other duties as assigned
