A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial success.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
2. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
3. Performing deep cleaning tasks when required.
4. Stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
5. Disposing of trash and recyclables appropriately.
6. Responding promptly, courteously, and efficiently to guest requests.
7. Performing guest turn-down service as needed.
