The role emphasizes a safety-focused culture and opportunity to advance into mechanic or driver roles. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with common construction tools, and some repair experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property and maintain a written maintenance schedule.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.
• Support a safety-focused culture and work with an entrepreneurial, empowering team.
