Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment and maintain a maintenance schedule. You will inspect gear before and after rental to document any losses or damage.

The role offers potential advancement into mechanic, driver, or customer service tracks within a safety-focused team. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with experience in tools and equipment advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Station and retrieve equipment on the location’s property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as needed.
• Inspect equipment prior to/d after rental to document losses or damage.
