Job summary

Mobile Modular Portable Storage - A Division of McGrath is seeking an Asset Maintenance & Inventory Technician in the United States. The role involves yard organization, inventory control, forklift operations, and basic repair tasks to keep containers and assets in top condition.

You will perform routine maintenance, assist with loading/unloading, and participate in safety programs while supporting customers on-site and remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a construction yard or equivalent environment.
• Basic computer experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with container/van trailer repair experience.
• Independent work capability with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain forklift In/Out logs and inventory reports.
• Organize yard by product type and size; ensure repair status.
• Perform painting, basic repairs, and light welding.
• Conduct AC service, filter changes, and coil cleaning.
• Support field service calls and document activities.
