Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas in Florida is seeking a Project Facilitator to assist Project Managers in meeting the expectations of each project plan, supporting yacht repairs across multiple vessels and facilities.

The role involves physical tasks, equipment operation (forklifts, cranes), coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring safety standards are followed. A high school diploma is preferred; sailing knowledge and ABYC certifications are preferred; must lift 100 pounds and carry own tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists project team by safely transporting materials between vessels and facilities.
• Performs care and protection of yachts with assigned tradesmen.
• Monitors safety standards and exemplifies those standards through action.
• Operates forklifts and other motorized equipment to transport materials safely.
• Facilitates crane, forklifts, man-lifts, and other equipment for use on projects.
• Assists with communication to ensure contractors have necessary information.
