You will build trusted relationships with owners, brokers, and partners, manage renewals and endorsements, and collaborate with carriers to secure competitive terms. A commission opportunity accompanies revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with yacht, marine, personal lines or high-net-worth insurance preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage structures and account management process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of yacht and marine insurance accounts, serving as primary contact for clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with yacht owners, captains, brokers and stakeholders.
• Oversee renewals, endorsements, policy changes and coverage reviews.
