Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Yacht Senior Private Client Advisor to service a high-value Yacht client book. You will respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, or email, and propose coverage solutions across multiple carriers to manage client risk.

You will develop new business through referrals and expand existing client programs while maintaining client information in our agency system. Some travel may be required to serve a diverse yacht clientele.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience with high net worth clientele.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong client-facing professionalism including confidentiality and clear communication.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive day-to-day service to Yacht clients.
• Negotiate with multiple carriers to tailor comprehensive coverage.
• Develop new business through referrals and existing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
