Intelletrace, a leading telecommunications company, seeks a remote network engineer to support US and international operations from the Philippines. You will handle Tier 1 escalations, perform network changes, design improvements, circuit installations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in IT/CS, a minimum of 4 years in LAN/WAN, Cisco and Fortinet experience, and CCNP or Fortinet certification as a plus. Night shifts and a reliable home setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
• Certifications such as CCNP or Fortinet Certified Professional are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and have reliable home internet.

Responsibilities

• Receive and address Tier 1 escalations and provide resolutions.
• Perform level 1-2 network change requests per protocol.
