Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Seattle seeks a UX Researcher III to lead planning and moderation of studies, prototype testing, and data synthesis in a fast-paced research environment.

You will collaborate with researchers, manage multiple studies, and independently drive insights from qualitative research and basic quantitative analysis. Onsite work in Seattle/Redmond, WA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, cognitive science, CS, engineering, HCI, sociology, communications, information science, media studies, economics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a research environment involving human subjects.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods and study moderation.
• Knowledge of qualitative research best practices and basic quantitative data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite for data collection activities in Seattle or Redmond, WA.

Title: UX Researcher III

We are looking for a UX Researcher III to support research activities involving advanced hardware and software prototypes. This role will focus on planning and moderating research sessions, preparing and testing prototypes, collecting research data, summarizing insights, and conducting preliminary analysis in collaboration with experienced researchers. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience conducting qualitative research with human participants and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced research environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
