Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training support within the XR modality and product portfolio to clinical end-users. These clinical experts will support the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post-implementation.

The role requires an Associate’s degree with 3+ years XR experience, ARRT certification, and hands-on GE HealthCare XR system

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent; 3+ years XR clinical/technical experience.
ARRT (R) certification.
Experience with GE HealthCare XR systems.
Strong clinical education training and process implementation.
Willingness to travel 80%+ within US/Canada.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME and liaison to sales to strengthen technical capabilities and relationships.
Advance new product features and imaging techniques; develop training plans/strategies for XR rollout and ongoing training.
Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training; monitor and report training outcomes.
Act as focal point for modality/team; identify customer satisfaction issues and assist in escalations and specialty training requests.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
