Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME (XR) and technical liaison to sales; strengthen technical capabilities and customer relationships.
• Develop training plans/strategies for new product features and XR techniques; support assimilation and ongoing training.
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training; monitor training outcomes.
• Act as focal point for modality/team; identify customer satisfaction issues and assist in escalations.
• Build relationships with KOLs to standardize protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
