Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to deliver clinical and operational education for XR systems across the US and Canada. You will partner with sales and product teams to design training strategies, execute hands-on sessions, and measure impact on patient outcomes.

Travel will be extensive (80%+), with multiple modes of transport, and you will engage with key opinion leaders to optimize protocols and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• XR clinical/technical experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent and ARRT (R) certification.
• Experience with GE HealthCare XR systems preferred.
• Ability to train diverse audiences and tailor messages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and liaison to sales to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Advance product features and develop training plans for XR adoption.
• Coordinate and deliver objective-based system training and report outcomes.
• Be focal point for modality/team; assist escalations and training requests.
• Build relationships with KOLs to standardize protocols and education.
