Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Estimator for xPL Offsite projects. Prepare detailed estimates across structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines, develop bid packages, and coordinate with vendors and third-party integrators to define scope.

Lead document management, DFMA application, and cost analysis with xPL Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate, competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in structural, mechanical and/or electrical disciplines is highly desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of estimating documents and ability to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for identified xPL solutions and products based on drawings and specs.
• Develop bid packages and scope for vendors, suppliers, and third-party integrators.
• Coordinate with xPL Offsite stakeholders to align schedule, capacity, logistics, and delivery.
