Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in structural, mechanical and/or electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, schedules.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, market conditions, and bid processes.
• DFMA experience and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates based on drawings and specs across disciplines.
• Develop bid packages and scope with vendors and integrators.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedule, capacity, logistics, and cost.
• Lead document management and setup of estimates and files.
• Assist with estimate setup, scheduling, and responsibility matrices.
• Gather pricing from vendors and perform cost analyses.
• Maintain pricing histories and data for estimating efforts.
