Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a candidate to develop design methodologies to exploit and expand use of Siemens EDA Xpedition products. The candidate will need strong communication skills to consult and present to customers and articulate how the tool suite will maximize performance in their designs.

The role involves identifying gaps in the customer's design flow and increasing design capability while driving efficiencies to meet Time-To-Market goals with high quality.

Qualifications

• BS degree with strong engineering background; MS preferred.
• Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, VBScript) and programming (Java).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop design methodologies to exploit and expand use of Siemens EDA Xpedition products.
• Consult and present to customers to articulate tool benefits and maximize performance.
• Identify gaps in customers' design flow and propose improvements.
• Liaise with the EBS product division and grow into a technical leadership role.
