Job summary

Siemens AG is seeking a design-focused engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team working with Siemens EDA Xpedition products. You will develop methodologies to leverage the tool suite, advise customers on maximizing performance, and help close gaps in their design flows to accelerate Time-To-Market with high quality designs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering; MS preferred.
• Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.
• Strong programming, scripting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand customer IT architectures and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop design methodologies to exploit and expand use of Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.
• Consult with customers to articulate how the tool suite improves their design performance and time-to-market.
• Identify gaps in customers' design flow and propose efficient improvements.
• Liaise with the EBS product division for advanced development and maintenance of CLS generated applications.
