Qualifications

• X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and partners while following site procedures.
• Screen individuals, packages, cargo, and personal property per site rules.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and entry for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report observations through proper channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and perimeter zones to identify irregularities.
