Allied Universal in Indianapolis is seeking a Security Officer X Ray Inspection Technician to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will screen and monitor access, verify credentials, document observations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure reliable, professional security operations.

You will handle incidents calmly, perform patrols, and provide strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Drug screen required by employer.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state.
• Age: at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, freight, and/or vehicles per established procedures, reporting anomalies to supervisors.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and shipping docs, and maintain logs and records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following site emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and report concerns.
