Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for imaging and select exposure factors accurately.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications per regulations.
• Observe patient during procedure and report abnormalities; monitor protocols.
• Follow radiation safety procedures to minimize unnecessary exposure.
