Job summary

Novant Health Urgent Care (Formerly Doctors Care) on James Island is seeking a part-time X-ray technologist to operate radiographic equipment and produce images for providers.

You will triage and room patients, take vitals, review histories, and summarize visit reasons to support efficient care delivery. Applicants should have SC radiographic licensure and CPR certification, with willingness to cover shifts at various centers.

Qualifications

• 1-year degree in Radiographic technology.
• Current SC license for radiographic technology or Limited Practice Radiographer-General Certification.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification and OSHA/HIPAA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment and produce radiographs to aid diagnosis.
• Triaging and rooming patients, taking vitals, and reviewing history.
• Summarize reason for visit and assist with patient flow.
