Job summary

Sherwood Urgent Care in Batesville, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technologists to join our team. The role involves performing x-ray testing, operating diagnostic equipment, developing film, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties as needed.

You will greet patients, document vitals, ensure radiation safety, and maintain licensure; strong communication and bedside manner are essential. ARRT certification preferred and AR state X-ray license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification required.
• AR State X-Ray License required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and prepare exam areas for radiology procedures.
• Perform radiology exams and operate diagnostic equipment with proper safety.
• Develop films, document patient data, and assist with MA duties as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure radiation protection and safety procedures.
