Job summary

Patient First in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality radiographic imaging, ensure patient safety, and support clinical staff in exam preparation and documentation.

The role involves supervising externs, maintaining equipment, and adhering to Patient First guidelines for reporting and record-keeping, with engagement in ongoing training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Obtain quality x-rays with correct positioning and exposure.
• Maintain safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure.
• Document x-ray results and prepare CDs per Patient First guidelines.
• Supervise externs and assistants during x-ray exams according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians, extenders, and nurses with patient care including vitals and triage.
• Handle physician, extender and nurse requests promptly and with respect.
• Clean and maintain work area; perform OSHA-related cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Restock x-ray and treatment area supplies as needed.
• Attend training classes and staff meetings as scheduled.
