Job summary

TSAOG Orthopedic & Spine in Texas is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform clinic x-rays and support radiology workflow. You will use PACS, ensure patient safety, and assist physicians with imaging procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, ARRT and GMRT certifications, and 1–2 years of radiology experience, plus strong communication and patient positioning skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ARRT certification and GMRT certification are required
• Ability to communicate effectively and assist patients in positioning procedures
• Technical radiology skills and medical terminology knowledge

Responsibilities

• Take x-rays of patients in the clinic as directed by physicians
• Perform radiological duties as prescribed by Physician/PA
• Determine proper technique for patient condition
• Ensure safe patient positioning during x-ray procedures
• Coordinate time off and payroll coordination with Radiology Technologist
• Escort patients through the office to exam rooms before/after procedures
• Utilize PACS system for image reproduction and retrieval
• Retrieve and file films for physician review
