Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians is seeking an X-Ray Technologist (Tech) to perform radiographic procedures and support diagnosis across departments. The role emphasizes patient interaction, safety, and accuracy in imaging.

The candidate should hold ARRT certification, have X-ray/C-Arm experience, and be capable of working independently while maintaining strict confidentiality and excellent interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• Experience with X-ray/C-Arm equipment.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs.
• Identify patient and verify order; explain procedure.
• Position patient for radiologic procedures.
• Operate x-ray/fluoro/C-arm machine per safety procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety practices.
• Answer patient questions about procedures.
• Document exam data and communicate results to care team.
• Manage area inventory and clean exam rooms.
