Job summary
Radiology Associates in Ocala, FL is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will capture high-quality radiographs and contribute to patient care and safety. The role requires completion of an accredited radiologic technology program and ARRT certification.
You will work with DR and PACS technologies to produce accurate images for physicians. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with patients and staff in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Completes an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT certification required.
- Experience with radiography procedures.
- Familiarity with radiation safety regulations.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot radiography equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures accurately.
- Adhere to Radiation Safety protocols.
- Position patients correctly for imaging exams.
- Acquire and process DR images.
- Manage and archive images in PACS.
- Provide compassionate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team.
