Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a skilled X-ray Technologist to obtain diagnostic radiographic examinations and support imaging services.

The ideal candidate has an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology, NJ D.R. license, ARRT certification, and strong communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is preferred, and completion of BLS within 60 days of hire may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
  
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
  

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification
  
• NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R.)
  
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
