Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to provide clinical and administrative support under supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will deliver imaging services, ensure patient comfort, and maintain accuracy in image labeling and documentation.

You will assist with positioning, monitor orders, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and department policies. Join a team-focused environment that values community involvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current License or Certification: ARRT License (Registered Technologist).
• State License (Registered Technologists’ and Limited Scope).
• TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track x-ray orders to ensure timely submission.
• Assist patient with proper positioning to ensure diagnostic quality.
• Review exam images for initial read by provider.
• Send final images to Radiology group for over read.
• Label laterality of images using lead markers.
• Comply with HIPAA and health information management requirements.
• Maintain and clean x-ray room equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
