Job summary

Live Well Homecare in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging including CT, MRI, interventional, mammography, bone density, and cardiac catheterization for adults and pediatrics.

Responsibilities include patient prep, independent exams (on-call/portable), operation of C-arms/O-arms, quality control, and teamwork within a core group of advanced modality technologists.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)) or equivalent.
• 2+ years in imaging preferred; new grads welcome.

Role Overview

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, interventional, mammography, bone density, and cardiac catheterization, on both adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and site-specific tasks.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment like C-arms, O-arms, and portable X-ray machines.
• Maintain quality control and ensure accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) or equivalent.
• Preferred experience of 2+ years in relevant imaging areas; new grads are welcome.
• Licenses and certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; additional certifications like CPR and IV therapy are advantageous.
