Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across CT, MRI, and interventional procedures. You will prepare patients and operate equipment, with on-site coverage for general radiology and intraoperative imaging as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in radiologic technologies or related field.
• Certification as RT(R) in Radiography or equivalent.
• One year operating room C-arm experience preferred.
• RTR/CT/MR certifications or licenses are advantageous.
• Experience in trauma, CT or general radiology helpful.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• No call or weekend shifts; four-day work week with day shifts.

Job description

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in general radiology, utilizing advanced imaging modalities such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and interventional techniques. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently or in on-call situations, and ensures quality control. Experience in operating C-arm and O-arm equipment in the operating room is highly preferred, along with the ability to assist with portable x-ray and other imaging support as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing patients and equipment for procedures.
• Performing diagnostic studies accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with advanced imaging modalities and intraoperative imaging needs.
• Supporting coverage for portable x-ray and emergency department imaging when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) or equivalent.
• One year of operating room (C-arm) experience is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, or related licenses are advantageous.
• Experience in trauma, CT, or general radiology is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• No call or weekend shifts; work four days per week with day shift hours.
