Job summary

Physicians Care is seeking an experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Tech to join our team in Hixson, TN. The role involves performing x-ray testing with knowledge of anatomy, operating imaging equipment, developing film, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

Full-time, rotating 36–40 hour weeks, with a sign-on bonus up to $3,500. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, and paid time off. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiology certificate or Limited License X-Ray techs preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• TN state X-Ray license required.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage patient flow in the exam and radiology area.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure proper room setup and safety procedures.
• Document patient information, vitals, and history accurately.
• Assist with front desk tasks and patient check-in/out when needed.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Follow regulatory procedures for radiation safety and documentation.
