Responsibilities

  • Comply with all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
  • Perform nursing duties: measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
  • Monitor patients, document changes, and respond to adverse reactions.
  • Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
  • Maintain imaging equipment and supplies.
  • Assist patients with Virtual Medicine services.
  • Complete and forward patient charts accurately and timely.
  • Uphold core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, and friendliness.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

  • Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
  • Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training plans.
  • Welcome new employees, conduct facility tours, and overview clinic processes.
  • Develop and review training plans, communicate progress, and submit evaluations.

Experience and Education

  • At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
  • Indiana residents: Must hold a State License and ARRT certification.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
