Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic.
• Must have a State License and ARRT certification for Indiana residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties: measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and clinical tasks.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, ensuring safety during procedures.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain imaging equipment and supplies.
• Assist patients via Virtual Medicine Providers.
• Accurately complete and forward patient charts daily.
• Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality, friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
• Welcome new employees, conduct tours, and overview clinic processes.
• Develop and review training plans and schedules.
• Submit weekly training evaluations and final proficiency forms.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
• Indiana residents: Must have a State License and ARRT certification.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensing

Full Scope X-Ray Technologist License required.
