Job summary

Stafflucid in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking an X-ray Technologist I to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, with a 7a-7:30p shift and unionized environment. The role emphasizes patient positioning, equipment operation, and accurate record-keeping in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will have radiologic technology training, ARRT registration, and BLS certification, with the ability to train students and support quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations.
• Operates radiology equipment safely and adjusts exposure as needed.
• Ensures proper patient positioning and identification.
• Assists physicians with procedures and notes equipment malfunctions.
• Participates in QA/QC procedures and trains students.
