Job summary

Stafflucid is seeking an X-ray Technologist I to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in a clinical setting, ensuring proper patient positioning and imaging quality.

The role requires graduating from a Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, and BLS. You will work with a team, participate in QA/QC activities, and support student training while maintaining accurate records and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty training program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification required.
• Ongoing collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure quality imaging.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations with proper patient positioning and exposure techniques.
• Operates all modality equipment and reviews patient body size and condition to select appropriate procedures.
• Sets up immobilization and radiation protective devices; reports equipment issues and malfunctions.
• Maintains records and participates in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
• Assists in educating students and supports departmental orientation and training.

Job Summary

$20,000 sign on bonus for eligible applicants!! This posting reflects an opening for an X-ray Technologist I and we are seeking candidates for that position. Shift: 7a-730p Union: Yes Responsible for performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, equipment operation, and for maintaining related records.

Job Duties

• Performs standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations utilizing proper patient position, identification and exposure techniques.
• Knowledgeable in operation of all equipment within modality.
• Sets up and adjusts immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices.
• Reviews and analyzes patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology in performing examinations.
• Assists physician with various procedures.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Maintains related records and notations.
• Assists in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required.
• Participates in the educational training of students.
