Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations with correct patient positioning and exposure.
• Operates all equipment within modality and adjusts immobilization and protective devices as needed.
• Reviews patient size, thickness, age and condition to guide examination technique.
• Assists physicians during procedures and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Maintains related records and QA/QC procedures and trains students as needed.
• Participates in quality assurance activities and education of students.
