Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network in Coaldale, PA, is seeking a full-time X-Ray Technologist for its West Region Float Pool, covering Carbon, Orwigsburg and Miners campuses and outpatient locations.

The role requires radiologic procedures, adherence to radiation safety, and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends with float coverage across multiple sites. ARRT certification and current BLS are required; training and ongoing education encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program, or ARRT registered or registry eligible.
• Must pass ARRT registry within 1 year of hire date.
• Current BLS certification within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient and exam and perform diagnostic radiographic services with safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in QA/Performance Improvement.
• Operate and troubleshoot radiology equipment across assigned areas.
• Educate patients about the procedure and collect relevant history.
