Job summary

VillageMD is seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist to join our imaging team in New Jersey. The role requires performing bone density exams (DEXA) and standard X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

You will operate CR and digital X-ray systems, verify patient information, and collaborate with Radiologists to deliver accurate results across satellite locations.

Qualifications

• DEXA experience required.
• ARRT certification and NJ Radiological Health license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and provide instructions to minimize anxiety.
• Operate CR/Digital X-ray and imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform Bone Density exams and document patient history.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper documentation in PACS.
